BAI in the PERTE Alliance for Construction Industrialization
Eduardo Prieto, Technical Director of BAI, took part on March 12, 2026, in the meeting of the PERTE Alliance for Construction Industrialization, held in Madrid and chaired by David Lucas, Secretary of State for Housing and Urban Agenda. The meeting brought together institutional representatives and business, trade union, and social organizations from the sector to assess progress in the implementation of this strategic initiative.
BAI’s participation in this meeting reinforces its presence in the arenas where the transformation of the sector is currently being defined, particularly around processes of industrialization, innovation, and modernization in construction. Eduardo Prieto’s attendance aligns with the institute’s broader approach, aimed at connecting technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and institutional collaboration. This reflects the role that BAI has been consistently developing in recent sector-related forums.
The PERTE Alliance represents one of the most significant platforms for dialogue to promote a shift in the production model within housing and construction, bringing together both public and private stakeholders involved in the sector’s evolution. In this context, BAI’s participation contributes to an ongoing strategic conversation on the challenges and opportunities of construction industrialization in Spain.
