This has been the first technical lecture of TECH TALKS BAI in Pamplona.
BAI held in Pamplona the first session of TECH TALKS BAI, a new series of technical lectures promoted within #BAIforma and #BAIacademy to create a space for exchange between vocational training, industry, business, innovation, and the realities of construction. In contrast to other formats more focused on theoretical reflection and disciplinary debate, this new cycle is conceived with a clearly applied approach, aimed at bringing knowledge, processes, and experiences related to the technological transformation of the construction sector closer to the public.
The first technical lecture, held on April 23, 2026, at Polo IRIS in Pamplona, was titled “Robots and People. Building the Worksite of the Future” and was delivered by industrial engineer Dr. Jorge Rodríguez-Guerra. The session focused on the relationship between advanced robotics, artificial intelligence, automation, and human labor in new construction processes, addressing one of the most transformative areas for contemporary architecture and construction.
With this first lecture, BAI launches a new line of activity aimed at connecting technical knowledge with the real practice of the sector, reinforcing a form of education in which innovation is understood through its concrete application to design, production, and construction processes. The activity is supported by Lidera and the Navarre Employment Service – Nafar Lansare.
